Instead of an earnest film about squeaky-clean teen problems, it's a dull, narrated film about banks and consumer credit which could have been made by Encyclopedia Brittanica. Of course, this sort of subject matter is just the kind of stuff that makes my eyes glaze over––if you're really into things like finance and economics you might enjoy it. But I doubt it.
